Coconut Rice with Mangoes

Tuesday, March 27, 2012. With mangoes in the fridge, my sister wanted to make this sweet dessert for a snack.

We didn’t have sticky rice, so we just used normal rice. The result wasn’t as sweet, but it was still quite tasty.
