Friday, April 20, 2012. Tried to make pancakes that were pumpkin pie flavored.
Basically still kept with my great pancake recipe and added some cinnamon, ginger, and pumpkin puree.
I didn’t measure the cinnamon and ginger, but I used 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree which didn’t effect the overall outcome of the pancakes, which was good.
Next time I’ll try adding a bit more pumpkin puree to get more pumpkin flavor and also more cinnamon and ground ginger.

On a side note, I can’t believe I actually took, edited, and wrote this blog all on the same day! Would be great if I could always stay on top like this, but it’s only because I’m avoiding an essay I should be writing right now…ironic isn’t it?
