Super Taqueria
Thursday, July 5, 2012. After finally completing my final for the summer, I went to eat dinner with Vince at a Mexican restaurant called Super Taqueria.

The outside
A decent looking place, but not in a really good area since this place was located in the south of campus.
Super Burrito
My choice of meat: beef tongue! It sounds gross, but it just tastes so delicious! This burrito was definitely a lot different from the ones I usually eat. It was a lot more saucy—the liquid kind from like tomato juices and etc. It also didn’t have any rice. I actually think I kind of like it without rice because it creates a somewhat more lighter burrito since the tortilla wrap is already the carb of the meal.
Torta
We split a torta. It was alright. Just a really simple sandwich. For really amazing tortas, I definitely recommend Mexico Bakery.
Thank you so much Vince for taking me out to eat! I really appreciate it especially since it was right after my final as well! Basically a celebration dinner for me, haha.
