House of Bagels
Friday, July 6, 2012. On my last full day in San Jose before going home, I decided to treat myself to a delicious Lox Bagel at House of Bagels.

A small shop found on the corner of S 11th and E San Carlos, this place makes for a very convenient place for a quick meal and/or for students attending San Jose State. The employees work very quickly and they even remember who ordered what so they literally call for your attention when your order is ready! I love it especially since I sometimes can’t hear them clearly when they call out a name/number.
Lox Bagel
Raw salmon with cream cheese, tomatoes, and red onion. You get to choose your bagel, and I usually like getting the onion bagel since I think it fits well with the salmon.
I found a secluded area on campus and took these photos of my bagel. Natural sunlight is the best!
*Phototip! : Find a well shaded area for both the subject and the background to get nice and evenly lit photos during the daytime!
It was hot outside so I purely found this area just for taking photos. Took it into my apartment to devour the delicious bagel sandwich!
