Monday, August 6, 2012. Vince prepared delicious crispy-skinned fishes for us.
Entree: Black cod, mackerel, bok choy, carrots, and rice.
How it was prepared: Seasoned the fish with salt and then broiled it in the oven. Stir fried bok choy and carrots with pepper and soy sauce.
Drink: Calamansi Juice
The fish had a nice and crispy skin! Although it was oily from natural oils of the fish, it had great flavor and the buttery texture of the black cod was mouth-watering. We also dipped the fish in a little bit of soy sauce and calamansi. Thanks Vince!
