Wood Ear Pasta
Not sure if everyone knows what this is, but basically wood ear is basically an edible type of fungus used in Asian cuisine. My dad gave me about two packs of this. It was dried and didn’t seem that there was that much in the bag, but I was definitely wrong.

Mushroom Meatball Pasta
Playing around with the ingredients I have again. Wanted to try to make some type of spaghetti type pasta dish.

Meatball Stroganoff
First time making a stroganoff. Well, basically I just wanted to make something using the cream of mushroom. I was planning to just mix it in with some pasta until I found a recipe on the back of the can of the cream of mushroom. It was a recipe for Meatball Stroganoff. It was perfect because it seemed totally do-able.
