Playlist 1

Music is a big part of my life. It gets me through those all nighters, long car rides, and just really keeps my spirits up. I’d really like to keep a record of songs that I’ve been listening to a lot so I’m going to start putting them on my blog as a record for myself and who knows, you might find one or more of these to be addicting as well.

Pigments Of My Sight - 10/25/2011

I thought I was holding the camera too still this time, but it turns out most of my pictures came out extremely distorted to the point that you couldn’t recognize anything. Some of them came out okay. It seems that I need to try aiming for a specific object for the best results instead of just double exposing two different landscapes.

French Toast

Making french toast is so easy. Mainly because I don’t have to measure anything. I just add whatever seems right. Basic french toast for me would be egg, milk, and cinnamon. This time I decided to add some other ingredients to see how it’d turn out.

Bread Pizza
Experimenting with food again. Decided to make some sort of pizza with my surplus of bread in the fridge. No exact recipe and just the process and ingredients I used since I didn’t measure anything out.
Ingredients used:
- Chinese Sausage
- Mushrooms
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Whole Wheat Bread
- Tomato Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Red Chili Powder
- Black Ground Pepper
First I cooked the chinese sausage and mushrooms. Put in the chinese sausages first to let the far from the sausage oil the pan.

Microwave Mochi
In search of a mochi recipe, I stumbled upon this microwave mochi recipe. Microwave? It got me questioning as well. About a week ago, I tested the recipe by making a single portion. Results? Let’s just say I’m making it again.
I made the recipe for 5 servings. The original recipe was 25 and when I recalculated to 5 servings it gave me really uneven measures. It was only even when I recalculated to a single serving so I simply worked off that by multiplying it by 5 for 5 servings.
